Title IX
The Title IX regulation at 34 C.F.R. §106.8(a) states that each school district designates at least one employee to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX, including any investigation of any complaint communicated to the school district alleging noncompliance with Title IX. The school district must notify all students and employees of the designated coordinator's name, office address, telephone number, and email address.
