2012 School Report Cards and Profiles 2012 District Report.
The Kiowa County Health Project is following the MAPP process. MAPP stands for Mobilizing for Action toward Planning and Partnerships. It’s a community health assessment that uses several ways of collecting information in order to determine the highest health priorities in the county. Community members have been invited to participate in this effort by providing input at the county fair and attending one of two community health forums in Hobart and Snyder. The community health forums included a county-wide visioning session and general discussion on the strengths and weaknesses in the county. The coalition is now asking the community to participate by completing a community health survey, which can be accessed online by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/KiowaCommunityHealthSurvey2013. The survey will close in mid-March.
